CRL has built a supercomputer called ‘eka’ – Sanskrit name for 'one' – which has been rated fourth fastest in the world and most powerful in Asia. (http://www.top500.org) ‘eka’ is the first fastest supercomputer developed by a private sector corporation and the fastest supercomputer available for commercial usage.
The ‘eka’ supercomputer uses common off the shelf components along with generic open source software components and industry standard interconnects.

At CRL India we have developed in-house monitoring and management tools to suite HPC environment, tools and applications that allow efficient deployment on ‘eka’ .
