S D Latkar is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of CRL, Computational Research Laboratories Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tata Sons Limited.
Mr. Latkar is a Chartered Accountant by profession and holds a degree in Law. A Tata veteran of 33 years, Mr. Latkar has held various positions in group companies like Tata Steel and Tata Technologies. He has held the capacity of CFO in Tata Technologies, prior to CRL, where he was part of a multiple strategic initiatives.

As one of the founder members of CRL, Mr. Latkar has been responsible for charting out the strategic direction during the formative years of the company.
